We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive - IT Product Sales Tele Sales to manage and upload product catalogues, compliance management & cross functional activity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products are accurately listed, compliant with requirements, and updated regularly.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in generating new leads and business opportunities.

Conduct cold calling and follow up with potential customers.

Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Excel.

Prepare quotations and basic sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.

Support the team in achieving sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualification

Graduate / pursuing graduation in any discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Interest in sales and business development.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.
