Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and physical audits.

Monitor warehouse team productivity, performance, and operational efficiency.

Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch.

Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for smooth operations.

Track warehouse KPIs, productivity, and dispatch turnaround time (TAT).

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Develop and implement SOPs to improve warehouse efficiency.

Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS reports.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Hands-on experience with Unicommerce and/or EasyEcom WMS.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail operations.

Excellent team management and leadership skills.

Good command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
