Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
UK English & Market Knowledge: Strong command of UK English, with a good understanding of UK customer expectations and market practices.
Email Support: Ability to manage customer queries and provide professional, accurate, and timely email responses.
Voice Support: Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Chat Support: Ability to manage live chat interactions and resolve customer queries efficiently.
UK GDPR Knowledge: Understanding of UK GDPR guidelines and data protection practices when handling customer information.
Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics operations, shipment tracking, delivery queries, returns, and related customer concerns.

E-commerce Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce customer service, including order management, refunds, returns, and delivery-related queries.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
