Job Overview

Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process role in the Consumer Electronics and Retail domain. We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in an international BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Assist international customers with product-related queries and service requests.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Follow company policies, process guidelines, and performance targets.

Maintain professional communication and accurate customer records.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate candidates only.

Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience is mandatory.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Willingness to work from the Gurgaon location.

Salary and Benefits

CTC

Up to ₹4.50 LPA.

Approximate monthly in-hand salary: ₹27,000–₹32,000.

Both-side cab facility or transport allowance, as applicable.
