- Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and make outbound sales calls.
- Promote and sell travel products, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, domestic and international tours, and other travel services.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a professional customer experience.
- Requirements
- Target-oriented with good communication and convincing skills.
- A proven sales track record is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Prior experience in telecalling, travel sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
