GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

Job Summary

The Graduate Trainee Engineer will support the technical team in product understanding, technical documentation, data management, preparation of technical proposals, and coordination of engineering-related activities. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and guidance from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the technical team in understanding product specifications, technical requirements, and engineering solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documents, product datasheets, specifications, and reports.

Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and tender-related documentation.

Review customer requirements and assist in identifying suitable technical products and solutions.

Maintain technical data, product information, and engineering records accurately.

Coordinate with internal departments for technical information and documentation.

Assist in preparing presentations, product comparisons, and technical compliance sheets.

Conduct basic technical research on electronic equipment, instruments, and related products.

Support the team in responding to technical queries from customers and other departments.

Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Electronics and Communication Engineering concepts.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.

Willingness to learn about technical products, specifications, and tendering processes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.

Candidates must be willing to work full-time from the Gurugram office.
