We’re Hiring- Admission counselor/Telecaller

Delhi Public School, Sector 67A, Gurugram, is looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Admission counselor/Telecaller to join our Admissions Team and support admissions for both the school and boarding facilities.

Location

DPS Sector 67A, Gurugram

(Approximately 30 minutes from Millennium City Centre or Sector 54 Metro Station.)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to school and boarding admissions.

Respond to parents’ inquiries and provide accurate information about admission procedures, school facilities, and boarding services.

Follow up with parents and assist the Admissions Team throughout the admission process.

Maintain inquiry records and ensure timely communication with parents.

Eligibility Criteria

High school diploma or equivalent; freshers and graduates are welcome.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in communication systems.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in telecalling, admissions, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000+ per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
