Job Description
FlightsMojo is hiring Backend Executives for night shifts to manage airline ticketing operations and IROP-related cases.
Key Responsibilities
Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuance, and refunds.
Assist with flight delays, cancellations, and schedule changes.
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely case resolution.
Requirements
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
Airline ticketing or travel and tourism certification preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
