Learning Centre Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a patient, enthusiastic and responsible Learning Centre Assistant to support children in their Maths and English learning journey. The role involves guiding students, checking their work and helping them develop independent learning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students as they complete their Maths and English worksheets.
• Evaluate completed worksheets and identify errors.
• Provide appropriate guidance to help students correct mistakes independently.
• Monitor students’ progress, speed, accuracy and concentration.
• Maintain student records and organise worksheets.
• Communicate students’ progress and observations to the instructor.
• Assist with the day-to-day activities of the learning centre.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: \[12th pass / Graduate].
• Good basic Maths and English skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Attention to detail, punctuality and a responsible attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow the Kumon teaching method.

Experience

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Work Location

Kumon Saravanampatty, Coimbatore.
