Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer with at least 2 years of experience in ERP development, customization, testing, and deployment. The candidate should have good knowledge of Python and the Frappe framework, along with hands-on experience in ERPNext and/or Odoo. The role involves developing new features, automating workflows, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system integrations while working closely with technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities ERP Development \& Customization

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext and Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Implement new features, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Customize forms, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems.

Testing, Troubleshooting \& Support

• Test and validate new features before deployment.
• Identify, debug, and resolve application issues and technical defects.
• Provide technical support during ERP implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Documentation \& Continuous Learning

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and user guides.
• Document customizations, configurations, and development activities.
• Stay updated on ERPNext, Frappe, Odoo, Python, and related technologies.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP development or a related software development role.
• Good knowledge of Python programming and the Frappe framework.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext
• Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and REST APIs.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
