B. Technical Tender Analysis

  • Study tender documents, technical specifications, scope of supply, drawings, BOQs, schedules, and special conditions.
  • Understand electrical equipment and systems related to power transformers, substations, switchgear, circuit breakers, CT/PT, bushings, transformer monitoring, fire protection, and associated electrical solutions.
  • Analyse technical specifications for substation retrofit, electrical equipment supply, transformer protection, and EPC-related projects.

  • Prepare cost comparisons, price summaries, and commercial evaluation sheets.
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, engineering, accounts, and management for final pricing and bid approvals.
  • Support negotiations and ensure that the submitted offer is technically compliant and commercially viable.
