HR Executive - Fresher- Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Handle attendance, leave, and basic HR activities.
• Support employee engagement and HR operations.
• Maintain recruitment and employee databases.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• MS Office / Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
