Staff Nurse (Ward)

Location- Nagpur, Maharashtra

Key responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assess patient needs, record vital signs, perform wound care, and execute clinical procedures.
• Medication \& Treatment: Administer prescribed medications, manage intravenous (IV) lines, and assist doctors during examinations or bedside rounds.
• Ward Administration: Maintain patient charts, handle shift handovers, manage equipment and linen inventories, and ensure the ward environment is clean and safe.
• Discharge \& Coordination: Facilitate patient admissions, organize discharge planning, and communicate care updates to families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Emergency Response: Monitor patients for signs of clinical deterioration and act quickly during medical emergencies
