Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, market research and other relevant channels.

Identify potential clients looking for web development, Ruby on Rails development, SaaS solutions and custom software development.

Conduct introductory calls, presentations and online meetings with prospects.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.

Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms and support deal closure.

Maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Participate in industry events, webinars and networking activities when required.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in business development or sales; IT services experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

Ability to understand and explain software development services.

Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.

Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, LinkedIn and online lead-generation channels.

Preferred Skills

Experience selling IT/software development services.

Experience with international clients, particularly US, UK and Australia.

Knowledge of Ruby on Rails, web technologies, SaaS and IT outsourcing.

Experience with Upwork or similar B2B lead-generation platforms.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
