Junior Accountant cum Billing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Accountant cum Billing Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting activities along with billing and documentation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Prepare sales invoices, quotations and billing documents
• Manage sales and purchase entries
• Prepare and maintain PO, GRN and invoice records
• Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
• Handle receipt, payment and journal entries
• Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation
• Maintain outstanding/payment follow-up records
• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Store and Dispatch teams
• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers and other documents
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and billing entries

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of GST
• Knowledge of accounting and billing processes
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in an industrial, trading, manufacturing or distributor company will be preferred, especially those familiar with billing, PO, GRN, E-Way Bill, E-Invoice and dispatch documentation.
