Human Resource Intern

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team across recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great start for someone who wants practical exposure to how HR works in a startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
• Source and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct telephonic screening rounds and share feedback with the team
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and HR records in our HRMS and Tele-CRM
• Support onboarding of new joiners and employee engagement activities
• Assist with HR documentation and other tasks assigned by the HR team

Who Can Apply

• Pursuing or recently completed a BBA/MBA (HR specialization preferred) or a related degree
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
• Good with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus, but not required
