About the Role

Noori Contractor \& Engineers is looking for a motivated, confident and enthusiastic candidate to join our team in a Calling, Follow-Up \& Social Media role.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers, students and candidates looking to gain practical experience in client communication, lead follow-up and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Calling \& Client Communication

• Make calls to existing and potential clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements.
• Provide basic information about company services.
• Maintain records of calls, enquiries and client details.

Follow-Up \& Lead Management

• Follow up regularly with leads and potential clients.
• Track enquiries and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the team regarding client requirements.
• Ensure timely communication with prospects.
• Maintain and update lead records.

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media profiles.
• Create and publish regular posts and updates.
• Handle platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business.
• Assist with captions and basic content creation.
• Respond to social media messages and enquiries professionally.
• Help maintain a consistent online presence for the company.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking on phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
