Data Entry Operator (DEO)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator (DEO) to support daily transport operations at FFDC. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining transport-related data, coordinating with drivers and transport teams, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily transport and vehicle movement records.
• Prepare and update vehicle arrival/departure, trip and dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse and operations teams.
• Ensure timely updating of transport data in Excel/system.
• Maintain records of vehicle numbers, driver details, trip details and delivery status.
• Track vehicle movement and follow up for timely reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly transport MIS reports.
• Verify transport documents and ensure proper record keeping.
• Monitor pending trips, delayed vehicles and delivery status.
• Share regular updates with management and operations teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of transport-related records.
• Support the team in resolving transport-related data discrepancies.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines and operational processes.

Pay

₹16,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
