Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
• Drive sales, achieve targets, and improve overall store performance.
• Manage inventory, stock verification, inward/outward, and stock records.
• Ensure attractive product displays and proper visual merchandising.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales, and operational reports.
• Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

Candidate Profile

3–5 years of relevant experience in Garment Showroom / Garment Retail

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer handling and communication abilities

Sales-driven and target-oriented approach

Good understanding of garment retail operations and inventory management

Ability to independently manage showroom operations
