Retail Sales Assistant

ASCO Motors is a 20-year-old multi-brand premium two-wheeler dealership group with showrooms across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Dehradun. We represent Kawasaki, Yamaha, Aprilia, Vespa, Indian Motorcycle, Jawa, Yezdi and BSA.

We are hiring passionate Sales Executives for our Vespa \& Aprilia showroom. If you love motorcycles, enjoy talking to people and want to build a career in premium automobile sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their needs
• Explain features, variants and pricing of Vespa scooters and Aprilia motorcycles (RS 457, Tuono 457, SR range and more)
• Conduct test rides and close sales
• Follow up on leads from walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, website and social media
• Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange and accessories
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and a premium customer experience
• Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in the CRM / daily reports
• Achieve monthly sales and accessories targets

Requirements

• Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience
• 1–3 years in two-wheeler / four-wheeler / premium retail sales (freshers with strong communication may apply)
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence (must be able to ride)
• Passion for bikes and premium brands is a big plus
• Presentable, confident and target-oriented
