Cashier cum Computer Operator

Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage our daily data processing and office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for entering data accurately, maintaining digital files, and supporting the team with basic administrative and computer tasks.Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Enter and update invoices, customer records, and daily reports into the system with high accuracy.
• Documentation: Prepare, format, and edit official documents and spreadsheets using MS Word and MS Excel.
• File Management: Maintain well-organized digital filing systems and backups to ensure data security.
• Communication: Handle official emails, respond to routine inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Office Support: Operate office equipment like printers, scanners, and copiers, and perform basic troubleshooting if needed.

Requirements \& Skills

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).
• Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and Word) and internet browsing.
• Typing Speed: Good typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good time-management, and basic verbal/written English communication.
