Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily shipment status reports (DSR) and update customers.

• Coordinate Delivery Orders (D/O) with shipping lines and customers.

• Liaise with customs brokers for timely import clearance.

• Verify import documents, including BL, Invoice and Packing List.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to resolve discrepancies.

• Handle customer queries and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with company SOPs
