Front End Developer Intern

Zappkode Solutions is a Nagpur-based IT company providing website development, mobile applications, customised software, ERP, CRM, AI solutions, e-commerce development and digital marketing services to clients in India and internationally.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap.
• Assist in frontend development using React.js.
• Develop and customise websites using WordPress.
• Work with WordPress themes, plugins, page builders and website layouts.
• Assist in developing and managing Shopify e-commerce websites.
• Customise Shopify themes, product pages, collections and storefront layouts.
• Learn and work with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
• Integrate frontend pages with backend APIs.
• Fix website bugs, layout issues and mobile responsiveness problems.
• Optimise website speed, usability and performance.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and project managers.
• Assist in maintaining and updating live client websites.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Understanding of Bootstrap and responsive web design.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress website development.
• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce websites.
• Basic understanding of React.js.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub will be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• WordPress Elementor or other page builders.
• WooCommerce setup and customisation.
• Shopify theme customisation and Liquid basics.
• Basic PHP knowledge.
• Website speed optimisation and basic SEO.
• Figma to HTML conversion.
• REST API integration.

Eligibility

• BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, BE, B.Tech or related students/fresh graduates.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies.
• Candidates with academic, personal or freelance website projects will be preferred.
