Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, polite, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage visitor entries and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Receive and manage courier deliveries and documents.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains neat and organized.
• Handle emails and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for daily office operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Punctuality, patience, and a positive attitude.
