Business Analyst Trainee

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 6 Months to 1 year of experience in the IT/Softwareindustry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, and FRS documents.

Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, Development, QA, and Project Management teams.

Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.

Manage requirement traceability and support UAT activities.

Handle requirement changes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

6 Months to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/Software company.

Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and analysis.

Good understanding of SDLC. Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, SRS, and FRS.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience with Jira/Confluence is an advantage.

Pay

₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
