Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Cost \& Management Accountant (CMA) to manage cost accounting, budgeting, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, MIS reporting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in manufacturing cost systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction measures.
• Monitor material consumption and production variances.
• Perform inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly Cost MIS and profitability reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plans.
• Conduct variance analysis for raw materials, production, and overhead costs.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts departments.
• Ensure proper allocation of manufacturing overheads.
• Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.
• Assist in finalization of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor standard costing and actual costing.
• Prepare management reports for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Cost Accounting Standards and applicable regulations.
• Improve cost control systems and reporting processes.

Qualifications

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
• Experience in a Manufacturing Company is mandatory.
• Experience in Edible Oil, FMCG, Food Processing, Chemical, Packaging, or Process Industries will be preferred.
