Ltd. – Maruti Suzuki Authorised Dealer Division: Maruti Suzuki True Value Location: All over Bangalore Interview Location: Kalyani Motors, Mysore Road – Nayandahalli Positions Available Relationship Officer Sourcing Executive Team Leader – Sourcing TSM – Sourcing Job Responsibilities Source and acquire used/pre-owned cars from individual customers and various channels. Generate leads through customer references, field visits, online platforms, and local market activities. Contact vehicle owners and understand their requirements for selling/exchanging their cars. Coordinate vehicle inspections and evaluate cars based on condition, model, year, ownership, mileage, and market value. Negotiate with customers and work towards closing vehicle purchase deals. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into successful acquisitions. Maintain daily sourcing reports, customer details, and lead trackers. Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and local contacts. For Team Leader/TSM: Lead, guide, and monitor the sourcing team to achieve monthly targets. Eligibility Qualification: ITI / Diploma/ Any Graduation Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply Valid Driving Licence and car-driving skills are mandatory. Two-wheeler preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
