The role involves supporting loan-related activities, customer acquisition, and assisting customers throughout the loan process. Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers for loan products. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to customers. Assist customers with loan applications and documentation. Conduct field visits and support customer verification, wherever required. Maintain customer records and follow up on loan applications. Support repayment follow-ups and maintain good customer relationships. Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
