Telecalling Executive

Job Description: Solar Telecalling Executive Industry: Solar EPC – Residential Rooftop Solar Experience: Prior experience in the solar industry is mandatory. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and handle customer inquiries for residential rooftop solar installations. Explain basic solar benefits, installation processes, pricing, and applicable government subsidies. Generate and qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and schedule site surveys. Follow up with prospective customers to improve lead conversion. Maintain customer records, follow-up schedules, and daily calling reports. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into installation opportunities. Required Skills Mandatory experience in the solar industry, preferably rooftop solar sales or telecalling. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of solar products, installation processes, and subsidy schemes. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or Excel. Target-oriented, proactive, and disciplined. Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, as and when deemed fit.
