Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound leads received from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other company platforms. Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions. Prepare and share quotations with customers. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Strong customer handling and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
