MIS Executive

Job Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and present key business data. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering data from multiple departments, maintaining accurate databases, generating periodic performance reports, and translating complex information into actionable insights for senior management. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting: Collect, aggregate, and process data from various business operational units. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports and dashboards. Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze trends, variance, and operational KPIs to identify gaps or optimization opportunities. Support leadership with ad-hoc reporting and customized data analysis as needed. Automation & Process Improvement: Streamline reporting workflows using advanced Excel, macros, or BI tools. Identify and eliminate data redundancies or manual data entry errors. System & Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR) to retrieve required data. Assist in maintaining ERP systems, database software, or CRM platforms. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 or more years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or an MIS Executive role. Technical Skills: Excel Proficiency: Advanced functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation). Database & Querying: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL / MySQL. Visualization Tools (Preferred): Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio. Software: Experience working with ERP/CRM software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Tally). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain data findings clearly. Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.
