You focus on connecting with clients, building interest and generating site visits — we will support you with leads, project information, site visits and professional assistance for deal closure. Understand the customer's property requirements and budget. Explain suitable Gurugram real estate projects to prospective buyers. Follow up regularly with interested prospects. Identify serious and qualified property buyers. Convince interested customers to schedule a site visit. Coordinate with our team for site visits. Maintain proper follow-up until the prospect moves to the next stage. Work closely with the assigned Closure Manager on serious prospects. Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups and customer status. Who Should Apply? We are looking for people who are: Serious about creating an additional source of income . Ambitious and motivated by performance-based earnings. Able to dedicate minimum 2 focused hours every day . Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Good at communication, convincing and follow-ups. Self-disciplined and capable of working independently. Comfortable working on a commission-based model. Willing to learn about real estate projects and the Gurugram property market. Previous experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Loans, Automobile Sales, Tele-Sales, Direct Sales or Business Development will be an advantage. However, candidates from other backgrounds with strong communication and sales ability may also apply. Earnings & Commission This is a performance-based opportunity with attractive earning potential.
