LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Company: FR8 Logistics Work Mode: Work From Home Role Type: Incentive-Based Maximum Monthly Incentive: Up to ₹25,000 Role & Responsibilities Receive truck requirements from customers through the Team Leader. Check truck availability according to customer requirements. Coordinate and confirm suitable trucks for trips. Maintain communication with customers and provide regular updates. Coordinate with customers and truck drivers until the trip is completed. Eligibility Criteria Female candidates only. Age: 19–35 years. Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates can also apply. Languages: Tamil and basic English are mandatory. Basic communication and coordination skills. Benefits & Support Work-from-home opportunity. Training and guidance from the Team Leader. Company will allocate an official number to the SIM. Candidates must arrange a blank SIM from a shop. SIM recharge and monthly internet allowance will be provided by the company. Working Hours 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. 5.5 working days per week. 1-hour lunch break. Important Note: There is no fixed monthly salary and no fixed target. Earnings depend on successful truck coordination, as per the company's incentive structure.
