Waiter

We are looking for polite, hardworking, and customer-friendly waiters to join our team at Hotel Pride of Kolhapur. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks to customers on time. Explain menu items, including our authentic Kolhapuri thalis and special dishes. Maintain cleanliness of tables and the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Follow restaurant hygiene and service standards. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi or Marathi. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but freshers can also apply. Must be polite, punctual, well-groomed, and hardworking. Ability to work in a team and manage busy restaurant hours.
