Telecaller

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar panels, rooftop solar systems, and solar power plant solutions. Explain the benefits, features, and cost-saving advantages of solar energy. Generate qualified leads through telecalling, follow-up calls, and customer inquiries. Identify potential residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead status reports. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address customer queries. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Provide information about available solar schemes and subsidies, wherever applicable. Eligibility Criteria Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Knowledge of solar energy or solar products will be an advantage. Hindi communication skills are essential; basic English is preferred.
