The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, leadership abilities, and experience in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives. - Drive sales of Personal Loans and Overdraft products. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion rates. - Provide sales training, product knowledge, and regular feedback to team members. - Generate leads and ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers. - Maintain daily sales reports and update management on team performance. - Handle customer queries and support the team in closing deals. - Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes. Required Skills - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Proven leadership and team management abilities. - Good knowledge of Personal Loans and Overdraft products. - Target-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities. - Ability to motivate team members and improve sales performance. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting. Eligibility Criteria - Graduate preferred. - 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred. - Prior experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or loan sales will be an advantage. - Candidates with strong team-handling experience are encouraged to apply.
