Field Sales Executive

Hiring: Field Sales Executive (FSE) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Salary: ₹16,000 Fixed + ₹3,000 Variable per month Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Freshers are welcome Job Responsibilities ● Visit potential customers in the assigned locations and generate new business leads. ● Explain the company's products and services to prospective customers. ● Conduct field visits and customer meetings to achieve assigned sales targets. ● Build and maintain strong customer relationships. ● Complete daily field activities and sales reporting. ● Work towards achieving monthly sales and performance targets. Mandatory Requirements ● Valid Driving Licence (DL) — compulsory. ● Own two-wheeler — compulsory. ● Smartphone — compulsory. ● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. ● Good communication and customer-handling skills. ● Willingness to travel within the assigned area. Salary Structure ● Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month ● Variable Pay: Up to ₹3,000 per month, linked to performance ● Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹19,00
