The candidate should have good communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into sales. Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products, inverters, batteries, electrical items, and related accessories. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and benefits. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales. Achieve daily, monthly, and individual sales targets. Promote relevant products and suggest add-on and cross-selling opportunities.
