JOB DESCRIPTIONGolden Pools Position: Telesales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Salary: ₹15,000/- per month Experienced candidates: Salary will be based on experience and skills. About the RoleGolden Pools is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating enquiries, explaining our swimming pool construction and related services, and converting enquiries into sales opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales enquiries. Follow up with existing leads and customers through phone calls and WhatsApp. Explain swimming pool construction, renovation, maintenance and related services. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information. Generate and maintain customer leads and follow-up records. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales/site team. Follow up regularly with customers until enquiry conversion. Achieve monthly sales and calling targets. Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports. Build good relationships with customers and provide professional service. Requirements12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi . Basic computer knowledge. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets. Freshers can apply. Experience in telesales, telecalling, construction, real estate or related fields will be an advantage.
