🚀 Urgent Hiring: PhonePe Field Sales Executive (No Monthly Targets!) 🚀 We are hiring 12th-pass and graduate candidates for the position of Field Sales Executive . In this role, there are NO stressful monthly sales targets. You only need to maintain a simple, highly achievable daily performance point score!

📌 Daily Point System (Super Easy to Achieve): You only need to score a total of 10 Points Daily from the field. Points are calculated as follows

• 📲 Per QR KYC done = 2 Points
• 🛠️ Per Service/Issue resolved = 4 Points
• 🔊 Per Soundbox Installation = 5 Points ( _Example: Just 2 Soundbox installations OR 5 QR KYCs completes your entire day's target!_ )

💼 Job Benefits & Compensation

• 💰 Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 / month
• ⛽ Fuel Allowance: ₹4,000 to ₹4,500 / month
• 📱 Mobile Allowance: ₹300 / month
• 📈 Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 / month based on extra points achieved

📋 Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

• 🎓 Education: Minimum 12th Pass or above
• 🏍️ Mandatory: Personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) + Valid Driving License
• 📱 Device: Android Smartphone mandatory
• 📑 Documents Needed: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details
• 🕒 Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
