Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Role Drive business growth through lead generation , partner acquisition , builder tie-ups , field networking , and relationship management across financial products. Key Responsibilities Generate business through field visits, referrals, networking, and market development. Develop and establish tie-ups with builders, real estate developers, and property consultants to generate home loan and other loan business. Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, bankers, builders, business partners, and clients . Identify, onboard, and develop new DSAs and channel partners . Generate, follow up on, and convert business leads and referrals . Coordinate with bankers and internal teams to ensure smooth case processing and timely disbursement. Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, builder tie-ups, and business activities. Achieve assigned business development, lead generation, and loan disbursement targets. Required Skills Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Good sales, follow-up, and business-development abilities. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with builders and real estate professionals. Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, investments, or financial services preferred. Comfortable with field travel, client meetings, and partner visits. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
