Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and books of accounts. Handle bank, UPI, payment gateway, wallet and merchant settlement reconciliations. Reconcile customer collections, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, and vendor payments. Manage accounting for travel bookings, hotels, airlines, vendors, agents, and corporate clients. Track receivables, payables, advances, refunds, commissions, and outstanding balances. Prepare and verify invoices, debit/credit notes and payment documentation. Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants/auditors. Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet schedules, cash-flow reports and management reports. Monitor daily cash and bank positions and ensure timely payments. Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements. Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, vendors, banks and payment partners. Identify discrepancies, duplicate transactions and reconciliation mismatches and resolve them promptly. Support budgeting, forecasting and other financial analysis as required. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel. Good understanding of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance. Experience in bank and payment reconciliation. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
