This role involves extensive, regular video calls with prospective clients , alongside handling incoming calls, making outgoing calls and managing follow-ups. Candidates should be comfortable appearing on camera and communicating with warmth, clarity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Conduct video calls with prospective clients to introduce our offerings, understand their requirements and build rapport. Handle incoming enquiries and make outgoing calls to potential clients. Explain relevant offerings clearly, answer questions and guide clients through the next steps. Schedule appointments, send reminders and follow up consistently with interested prospects. Maintain ongoing client relationships through attentive communication and timely responses. Keep accurate records of calls, client requirements, feedback and follow-up actions. Coordinate with the team to resolve queries and ensure a smooth client experience. Work towards agreed calling, appointment-setting and client-engagement targets. Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct during every interaction. Candidate Requirements Fluent spoken Hindi is mandatory. Confident and comfortable conducting frequent professional video calls. Friendly, courteous communication style with strong listening and relationship-building skills. Professional on-camera presentation and appropriate video-call etiquette. Own laptop with a working webcam, smartphone and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection are mandatory. Access to a quiet, well-lit workspace suitable for uninterrupted calls. Basic familiarity with video-meeting applications, email, spreadsheets and digital recordkeeping. Self-disciplined, punctual and able to manage follow-ups independently while working remotely.
