Job Title : Account Manager – Accounts & Compliance Company: N K ENGINEERING CO. – IZON TOOLS Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Experience Required: 2–3 Years Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or relevant qualification Employment Type: Full-time Department: Accounts & Finance About the CompanyIZON TOOLS is a growing industrial cutting tools company dealing in CNC cutting tools and machining solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, and import-export documentation. Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in Tally Prime. Manage GST returns, GST reconciliations, and related compliance. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing. Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and bank entries. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records. Prepare sales, purchase, expense, and outstanding reports. Handle import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Entry (BOE), and shipping documents. Coordinate with banks, customs agents, freight forwarders, suppliers, and consultants for import-related documentation. Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks. Required SkillsGood working knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting principles. Practical experience in GST returns and compliance. Knowledge of TDS and return filing. Understanding of import-export documentation and customs procedures. Good Excel and MS Office skills. Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills. Good communication, coordination, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Eligibility Criteria2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation. Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with hands-on import documentation experience will be preferred. Experience in trading, manufacturing, or import-export companies will be an added advantage.
