Job Type: Ascend Capital is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Branch Manager – Sales to manage branch-level sales operations, lead a sales team, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily branch sales activities. Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve business targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business and market share. Generate new business through customer acquisition, field visits, and market expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Monitor sales performance, team productivity, and target achievement. Identify new business opportunities in the local market. Ensure proper customer documentation and timely application processing. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
