Relationship Manager – Insurance

Job Summary Generate Insurance business through outbound calling , lead conversion , customer follow-ups , and channel partner development while managing cases through disbursement. Key Responsibilities - Generate leads, conduct outbound calls, and convert prospects. - Source Insurance business and develop DSA/channel partner relationships . - Coordinate with customers, brokers, and internal teams. - Manage Insurance cases from login to issuance . - Maintain MIS, follow up on pending cases, and achieve business targets . Performance Criteria - Calling productivity, lead conversion, and issuance. - Business target achievement and partner acquisition. - Timely case processing, follow-ups, and MIS reporting. Required Skills - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Target-oriented sales approach. - Effective coordination and follow-up skills.
