Job Description – Field Officer (FOS) Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Position: Field Officer (FOS) Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month Experience: Fresher to Experienced Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Officer (FOS) to join our team in Bijnor. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer handling, sales activities, collection, and maintaining good relationships with customers and dealers. Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to customers and dealers. Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets. Handle customer onboarding and verification. Follow up with customers regarding loan/EMI payments and collections. Maintain good relationships with customers and dealers. Collect and verify required customer documents. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of applications. Maintain daily activity and visit reports. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets. Provide regular market feedback to the management. Requirements Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in the field. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Candidates from Lucknow and nearby areas will be preferred.
