Job Title: E-commerce Executive Company: Rose Enterprises Location: Roorkee, Uttarakhand Job Description: Rose Enterprises is looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations and marketplace activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms Update product details, prices, and stock regularly Handle order processing and dispatch coordination Monitor online sales and prepare reports Respond to customer queries and resolve issues Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners Manage returns, refunds, and exchange process Run basic promotional offers and platform campaigns Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations Requirements: Graduate (preferred) Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and MS Excel Good communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Experience in online sales / marketplace handling preferred Salary: As per experience Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Roorkee
