CRM Executive / CRM Manager – Real Estate Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the CRM system with all leads, clients, and follow-up details.
• Track customer interactions, site visits, calls, and deal progress.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure regular communication.
• Handle customer requirements, queries, feedback, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support the sales team with lead tracking, documentation, and deal closure updates.
• Manage resale, rental, and referral leads effectively.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve repeat sales and future referrals.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, sales activity, and customer feedback. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business / Management / any graduate).
• Experience in real estate sales, CRM, or customer relationship management.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability. Skills
