Store Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and ensure center profitability. Manage daily center operations and expenses within budget. Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and supervise the team. Ensure adherence to company SOPs. Monitor market trends and prepare regular reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in automotive, retail, or service operations preferred. Strong leadership, team management, and customer-handling skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Candidates: Experienced Store Managers, Service Center Managers, and Branch Managers from the automotive or service industry.
